I've been looking at alot of pictures in the gallery threads and I know very little about smoked lights,etc. How is it done? Is it DIY or shop work?

You can either buy films at rockblocker.com and stick them on yourself or you can have a shop professionally smoke stuff from the inside which costs a whole hell of a lot more. Sometimes when people get headlights cleared (opened and the orange reflector removed) they also have the shop smoke the inside (with film I guess but applied on the inside)
