Small Dents

I am noticing on the roof of the car I have a three small dents. One on each side of the sunroof in the front corner, and one in the middle of the roof behind the sunroof. I would say the diameter is smaller than a dime and the depth small than an 8th of an inch. There is no sign of impact from anything the paint is still perfect. Any idea what might be going on?
