It is a painless process. The Publication Form No. you need is 61SEP00. Do not worry about the reference to 2.5/3.2 2004TL, it is the correct manual.

 

For the 2005 TL it wasn't listed online, but they gave me the info by email. Shipped quickly.

I see they changed the Publication Form No, but it is odd they call it the 2004-2005 TL Service Manual. When you get it, or if you already have it, I would be interested to know if the cover page says "Service Manual 2005" in the lower left corner, or if it says 2004, and they send a supplement for the 2005 changes.

Also, on the first page inside, in the lower left corner, it says 2,176 pages for the 2004 manual, and I would like to know the count for the 2005 manual, if it is different..

So, if anybody has a 2004 TL and wants to order the service manual, they should order the 2005 manual, same price and get both years.
