So my Type S was considered a total loss after a hit and run accident with some douche bag. I've been looking around for another and found an 08 with 160k miles on her. Haven't checked the carfax yet but the owner is asking $12k for the car which I think is a little steep. They claim to be the second owner and the car was maintained with all scheduled maintenance done. Interior and body looks clean but I'm wondering if it's worth getting into something with that high mileage? I had 98k on mine before it was wrecked and I can't find anything else without going 500 miles out of the city. Any feedback is appreciated? by the way...UA8= 4G. Are you also considering the 4G?

Nice looking example but $12k is a bit steep. Hopefully he/she is willing to be flexible with the asking price

Yeah possibly looking into 4G also. Should have kept it 3G in this forum I suppose.

I would hope so. Waiting on a call back to see if it's worth taking the hour drive to test drive it.
