I got my roof spoiler painted by a friend with a body shop. He did a fantastic job-especially because I have a metallic finish. The black roof and spoiler will look sweet!

I don't remember where the Sarona's come from, but you can use the Search function here on Acurazine to find out where others got theirs. But the vinyl roof can be purchased from www.bluebatmobile.net.

Sarona is in NY. If you mention Acurazine, they will give you a little discount as well. I say paint your roof black, it looks sexy with WDP. Here is my car with painted black roof and sarona spoiler:

Nice pictures from Draztic-you'll see the taillight tints Blue Batmobile carries too. And yes, they do come pre-cut.

The silver 350z nismo on bluebatmobiles site is mine. I had the roof overlay and will never do it again. It really started to look bad after just a month. Faded, blurry, etc. I waxed it and polished it weekly to try and keep it looking the best it can. The best thing you can do is just paint the roof.

^ I hear that but paint is permanent. My buddy on the site Badazztl-s got a 1 piece overlay locally. He paid $256 for it and it still looks great.

I ll ask him next time i see him if the overlay is holding up

If you don't want it stolen, use 3M Window Weld. Don't use double sided tape. I have heard horror stories about using tape, and to be honest, I used Window Weld, and don't know if I'll be able to get that spoiler off lol

+1 I was sooooo dissapointed with those overlays that I threw them right in the garbage. I went to a tint shop and had them do it for a little more than I paid for the bats overlays!

Let me know how that worksout. It looks like the "JDM" spoiler that laot of people have. It's hard to tell alot about the lines though becasue it's black and has all the writing over it. Snap some pics when yours arrives.

Does anyone know an approximate estimate of having my roof painted black here in NYC? I have a SSM 05 AT, and I just saw the pics with the black roof and it looks amazing.

When I looked around last year, I got prices between $350 and $500 to paint the roof. I personally chose to overlay it, and it looks almost as good (90%) as it did the day I got it.

Heres a pic of my car:

Thanks for your replies guys. I actually think I might just do a vinyl roof instead. A friend of mine just bought a white G35 coupe and has a black vinyl gloss roof on it. It looked pretty nice as well. Anyone know where this can be done on NYC and pricing? Thanks once again!

I paid $125 for labor to a guy in Whitestone, Queens. He also did the overlay on my cousin's 2005 Accord. PM me if you want his info

I'm sorry you were not happy with my overlay. I use a 5-7 year rated outdoor vinyl for my overlays. I've had many happy customers with my product. If fitment was an issue, I hope I was able to ressolve the problem for you. If not, please contact me via email. I dont get on site as often as I'd like nowadays.

What I don't understand Bat, is why your products do not have near the clarity of some other Vinyl products I have seen that look like a pure mirror painted finish and do not fade like yours do. Yours started to fade in a few months even with wax/polishing it.
