Yes,
It does not matter what you have on your car now. If you get the kit it is going to replace all four peices. Your front and rear bumper and sides skirts. you can not put a-spec on again or anything else. Those are useless and you can prob sell them to a board member.

Whew, sooooo close to releasing the kit, jinen's car (thanks) is gonna be fully painted and installed with mesh and all on the 20th of May, this friday, then he will have it delivered to him. Now production started and the 25 kits will be ready very soon, no definite date, but there were a few small details that caused a delay. anyway, here are 3 pics, it's too hard to make out, because it's black polyurethane, but i think its coming out great.
