Unhappy Replacing rear window on new TL

I just found out that the dealership is replacing the rear window on my new 06 TL (1800mi). When you use the rear defogger, the radio will go to static. Like you lose the antenna. The dealership said they spent an hour on the phone with Acura and the rear window grid is the problem. They are sending it out to a local auto glass company as they do not do glass. The new window will be here Wednesday. I'm not too happy about another company tearing out the rear window in my parchment TL. I can see that black sealer everywhere. Not sure there is much I can do but I thought I'd mention it.

I also took it in because it was pulling LEFT. It would never pull right but most of the time it pulls left. God I hate it when service people try and tell you "That's Normal". "agressive tires cause it to pull". Yea, but only left ?? Give me a F...ing break ! At least they are going to check the alignment so I know that's correct.

I really do like my new TL but I'm not happy about this. Had to vent a little..

Do you have metallic tint on your back window? If so, that is probably the reason for the static. I had a car where the radio had static when I turned my rear defroster on. I took the tint off and the radio static problem was gone. To overcome this use a ceramic based tint.
