Removing ink stain on parchment leather seat

My 06TL with parchment leather interior ended up receiving some ink marks on the back seat traced by black ball pen. My friend was in the back seat and was writing a note on a paper. After sometime, he dosed off with his ball pen out and ended up scribbling on the back seat. Could they be removed somehow?

Thank you,

We use Murphy's Oil soap on the leather seats in our airplane to remove ink stains. The orange version works best, and smells pleasant also. Spot test it first, but we have not had any issues with it. I think I have seen it at walmart and such stores. We get it at the local hardware store.

Just by any leather ink remover that is used on leather furniture. It should be like a white solid paste with a an inch of yellow soft foam pad. This will remove it safely. Don't use anything harsh.

OR, this worked for me plenty of times, Mr.Clean, Eraser, that white pad does wonders! Wet it a little, and gently in circular motion rub it. Its like 4 bux in any store.

Good Luck

Just remember, leather is exactly like your skin, alcohol will dry it. so recondition it, or follow my advice above. I am very familiar working with leather since this is my business on the side.

If you want the best cleaner for ink......Spineybeck is tops. It's used for expensive leather seats in corporate jets. It's simply the best you can buy. It turns ink into a buttery slime that can be wiped away without damaging expensive leather. I've used it many times with excellent results. It just melts ink...trust me. Google search...you'll find it. try here: http://www.leatherz.com/leathercare2.htm
