Reducing Key FOBs

Finally picked up my '05 TL 6MT ABP/CML Non-Nav this weekend. Had a great ride down skyline drive in it. Amazing drive and handling.

I also have '01 MDX Touring. Is there any way to use the same key fob for both cars so that I don't have to carry two of those key fobs around?

You can't use the one key fob for two cars.

I don't know if it is possible (kind of doubt it, considering the differences in the age of the cars), but the only way to do it would be to code the MDX receiver to accept the TL key fob transmissions.

You would have to get the instructions for linking the keyfob from the TL to the receiver for the MDX and try it. I don't think you could hurt anything, because if it didn't work, you could always relink the MDX keyfob.

This thread has the procedures for linking the TL remote and receiver
