Question is for the 6spd guys.
Which is better in your opinion?
and how many quarts would i need to completley drain and refill my trans?

I'm not at all familiar with the Redline product, but I have used the GM product twice. As for a drain and refill, you will need 2.3 U.S quarts (2 qts, 10 ozs). And the correct name for the GM fluid is General Motors Synchromesh Friction Modified, part number 12377916.

went with Penzoil Synchro Mesh, i read up on it, it's hard to find, but others have put it in their tl and say it is equivalent to the gm synchromesh. doing the change tomorrow, will let ya know's how it feels.
