Anyone know if the 2004 TL red color (Redondo Red) is the same as on the RSX?

I just stopped by the dealership today and confirmed that the Redondo Red is the same as the RSX, which I then went outside to inspect. I have to say now that color is no longer on my "wish list". It's just too "burgundy" and dark for me. Not sporty at all. In my opinion, the colors for the TL are disappointing. Why didn't they add some of the "Type-S" colors? Where's the bright red, the electric blue...? something exciting...

I agree on the colors, it seems that when the car makers get up to the luxury cars, they tend to only put out pretty conservative colors....none of these really excite me. The silver and black is not bad, but everyone and their dog has a silver and black car right now. And the anthracite (sp?) is just too grey (boring). They should have put a slight color tint to it to make it bit more interesting.

I think the TL should have had some of the TSX Colors, like meteor silver, carbon grey..

also the blue looks too dark I think, Maybe it will be better in real life, but I expected the blue like on the 2003 TL-S..

I guess I will be going with Silver and Quartz interior

Has anybody seen the Deep Green Pearl in person? It is really hard to tell what it looks like form the scans of the brochure.

In all honesty, I almost bought the 2004 Honda Accord EX-V6 in that color - under normal outdoor light, the color has a strong grey base. Under the the lights in the showroom, it is probably one of the nicest colors you will ever see. Not intended for the sporty/aggressive look, but really a sharp-looking color. Don't get me wrong, the car looks great under normal light also, but 'shines' under showroom lights. (Note: The outdoor light that I saw the car during was around dusk.)
