I'm reading through all these threads of particular dealers to avoid because of various issues, but I'd like to go against the grain here and throw a shout out to the Acura dealership in Sacramento, Niello Acura, for a job well done! From our first over-the-phone conversations with the sales department, through the constant support from our sales representative who has been outstanding from day one, I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of everyone that I have had to work with since my purchase in the beginning of December.

I highly recommend my saleman, Chris Knutson, for anyone looking to purchase or lease a new or pre-owned Acura in the Northern California area. Let him know that Sean and Janet sent ya!

Niello has never done me wrong when I used to take my Integra there for service. Visiting them was a pleasure. It didn't hurt either that they sold Porsches next door.
