Hey everyone,
I installed my own decklid from a cheap ebay replica on my WDP a little less than a year ago...but not crazy any it anymore...and I think I installed it a little too far forward (towards the back windshield)...not close enough to the edge of the trunk.
Also, the one I got doesn't have the flare/angle to it that the TL-S lip does.

If I were to remove it now to install either a wing or a TL-S lip, do you think it'd damage the paint on the trunk???

I think the wing enhances the lines on the rear of the TL. The decklid spoiler is ok, but it's almost invisible. If you're gonna go that route, why bother putting one at all? Plus, everyone and their uncle has a decklid spoiler. Wings help you stand out

I love car racing and you never see a lip spoiler on a race car. It was a rear wing for me all the way.....

Negative on the wing spoiler. The decklid spoiler looks alot more subtle, but to each his own.

IMO, the wing is butt ugly, I'd rather leave the trunk alone than spend $300 on that thing. BSM come in at a close second...

look at how the trunk comes up, almost perfect for a decklid spoiler.. (with a rear wing on it, it looks like i wing on top of a wing) my civic has a rear wing, but its a civic.. there is no way i would put a rear wing on my TL unless i was going for a cheaper look...
