Rear Vents...
How much air do your rear vents put out?
When I have the a/c on vents with the window vents closed I can barely feel the air, is this normal?

Honestly, I've never sat in the back of my car with the A/C on just to see how much air its putting out, but I've had people in the back seat that they are cool enough when the air is on.
This sounds dumb, but just make sure the vents are open and not closed. If its not that, then I really don't know. Sorry I'm not that helpful!

Well I recently discovered the previous owner had a rather large sound system in the car, I am wondering when they took apart the console if something is not connected back together correctly restricting the air flow.
I do not sit back there but on these colds mornings I try and put some heat back there for my son but the vents seem to not do much at all but look good.

Yea, I did that and also closed the outer dash vents as well and with the fans on high I can still barely feel the air coming out with my hand touching the vent.

It takes a couple of minutes for the heat to start circulating on cold mornings, but then works really well in both front and rear when I take my kids to school. Of course, I'm in Los Angeles and "cold" = 40*F.

Man of God.....
Mine work great. But not as much as in front.
I run heat out of the vent's and out of the floor. The best way is to have only the vents on. Like you said with the side vent's closed. I can really feel the air moving out of the rear seat vents. I can feel it in any mode with the front dash vents on (center not side). Hard to feel it when the fan is on low speed. But on these cold winter days. By the time I have driven a few miles. The side of my (and passenger) leg will be getting nice and warm. It heats up the center piece (cup holder) very nicely. I tell you it comes out hot at the rear vent after a few more miles. By the time I am half way to work. I am turning the temp down. In this mode the front and back seat gets nice and warm. It will put you back to sleep if your not watching it....
