Rear Sidemarker Question

Just got the smoked rear sidemarkers and would like to install them. Problem is that the connnector is a different size. I did receive the new connectors but how do I take the old one off so that I can connect it to the new one?

Did you get type S sidemarkers? If so they may seem like they don't fit but they do.

Yes the connectors are a different size but they DO fit but you have to play with them a bit because they aren't a perfectly flush fit.

I remember my right side one was easy as pie and took about 5 seconds to replace but I worked on the left side one for about 5 minutes lol. Just keep working at it and it will fit

Yes, I got the Type S rear sidemarkers....
Is there anyway to connect the wire to the new connectors? Or is trimming the only option?

Umm.....i trimmed my connector and put twist tie and tied it. Kind of a mickey mouse job but did the work. You can buy the connector and wiring from the dealer but gonna cost you.
