Rear bumper removal?
#2
You mean your turn signal bulb? It cant be the LED board?? If its your turn signal bulb; you dont need to remove your bumper. If its your LED board (which I doubt); then you would have to remove the bumper, remove the tail light, take it apart and take out the LED board. However, you cant just replace a burnt out led. You will have to replace the entire board; unless you know how to rig one?
Come on seriously, you should go and get a manual book from autozone. Good luck

You just need a philips and 10 mm socket. 2 screws in each wheel well, pop the little caps off that you'll see when you open the trunk, take the bolts out, pull. There's some clips underneath the bumper but you don't have to remove it all the way. I believe 1 10 mm bolts under the headlight and a few on the inside you'll see when you remove the trunk liner. If it's just the turn signal you can access it from the trunk.
