i can't contact TIm... been trying and trying... I tried calling Ray Laks, but no one seems to answer or he's not there... I'm in CA, so maybe the time difference was messing with me too... =( I found some guy at my local Acura dealership willing to match, but then I would have to pay tax... Should I go that route?

So finally talked to Tim... he said it was difficult to get a group buy going with the rear only b/c he pays the same amount in shipping for the whole kit as shipping the rear only. However, he did setup the link for me. Here it is dudes...

I moved your threads and created a new thread (from the ATLP thread since it was off topic) so others would know.

Anyone have any good shots of what an 07/08 Type-S would look like with JUST the rear A-Spec?

I'm too cheap to drop $700+ for the whole kit and am thinking of just the rear for now. I've looked and looked but can't find any good pictures. Thanks!

^ He's got the whole A-spec kit. My main concern is if the bottom of the A-Spec rear lip will line up with the bottom of the stock side skirts. I don't want the edge of the rear lip to line up lower, giving the car a sagging appearance.

Side skirt - tire - rear lip: ----O---- NOT ----O____

Actually, I think jptl04 has just the rear A-spec lip on his 07 Type-S in the photo subforum and it looks hawt. I might have to grab this.

So where do I put my name down for a rear lip? Do I buy directly from that link or some other method?

Is that $277 shipping included? Can Tim give us a deal on the sides too?

Just to let everyone know, this is not a special deal. He quoted me this price 2 months ago when I was looking at buying it on my own.

$277 is shipped, the sides are $301 for the pair shipped.

The A-Spec body kit is something you can just "clip" onto your existing bumpers right? Or do you have to remove the bumpers? Is drilling involved?

I wouldn't mind having rear or sides but the front I'm worried is too low and I need the clearance.

Yes, you would have to remove your bumper to drill into it so that the body kit can attach to it with clips and bolts. Also, double sided tape is included on the kit so that it'll attach to your bumper.

As for the front one, your air dam will scrape more than your lip kit will if you're not that lowered.
