Every leather seat I have ever seen eventually get butt prints. my leather jackets and shoes all stretch to the shape of my feet and have stretch marks. Leather and stretch marks go hand in hand, also I would question the weight of the poepel sitting in the seats as well.

Those pictures show a remarkable improvement. And you say it was because of a lack of padding under the leather? Did the dealer have a Technical Service Bulletin for this fix? If so, can you obtain the number of the TSB?
That would be helpful to those with similar problems.
Thanks.

The BBB is not worth a penny. Why? They do not resolve many claims and not to many people use it to check references. So if you want to complain to vent, go ahead, but it will only piss you off when you get the response that reads: Sorry, cannot do anything for you. If you walk around and complain all the time about everything, people will preceive you as a plain bi#?h and not take you seriously. But, na głowę nie można sobie dać nasrać. Therefore, you have to fight for what is yours, not necessarly by complaining. As someone above mentioned, if you learn enemy, it is easier to defeat them and it is by other means then complaining.
About the origin of your temper.... I got it by the language that AdamXXXX used.
Bye.

As with some here, it really depends on the dealership and whether they will work for you. My guys at Acura 2000 in Brampton Ontario have always been great at trying to work with the warranty. I had problems with my RSX-S leather seats and they changed them...no questions.
Looking forward to getting my TSX or TL this summer. Still haven't decided.

Might I make a suggestion?
The scuff marks on both outboard seat bolsters (both on the seatback and seat cushion) suggest they are being abraded as you enter & exit the seat. You may wany to consider moving the seat father back for access before you get in & out of the seat.
This type of wear is typical for those of us of short stature.

On the repaired seats I'm noticing a transverse ridge in the middle of the butt panel section. This could be the lighting in the picture but I think I've seen a ridge in exactly the same spot on TL seats before.

Tennisjon2002-
I would stop by every local dealer & have them look at the seat until one of them agrees to replace the seat cover. In large metroploitan areas there are enough dealers around that one of them should be happy to do it for you.

Tennisjon2002 - Yours look as bad as mine did....turns out i was missing the padding and sinking into my seat. Make your service manager sit in them...
I also printed parts of my reciept that are about the seat replacement and they say Warrenty on them maybe that will help....keep us updated and even though i got mine fixed i still would be willing to compile something for acura cs if its needed or wanted....(i complain very well)

Wow, Radley Acura's Service Department is open until 2:00am on weeknights? I've never heard of that before. Why would a service department be open so late? Hell, even most Taco Bells close by 1!
