I use to own a 2002 CL-S and traded it in a long time ago due to tranny issues.

My main concern is are the tranny issues resolved on the 06 TL?

I am about to trade in my 05 G35 6mt for a 5AT TL (waiting for some funds to come in) and wanted to make sure the early on issues are non-existant and early 04 TL problems got resolved. My G35 has been reliable from a mechanical standpoint, but from rattles to seat tearing (dealer refuses to fix under warranty when its a wear issue) and its only a year old I have grown tired of it. I also have a torn rotator cuff and its hard for me to drive a standard anymore.

I was offered from Gunn Acura 33,400 for a White/Black w/Navi TL. I believe this is a good deal.

Tranny issues have been resolved. They were more prevalent with the 2nd generation anyway.
