Questions about my 05 TL

I am picking up my 05 TL non navi with auto trans tomorrow and I have some quick questions on setting some things up. I didn't see an Owners Manual in the car so I need you guys to help me out with some things until I can get my hands on one.

• How do I link my cell phone up to the hands free device?

• How do I train the voice command portion of the car?

• Does the radio and climate control work with the voice control?

• How do I make it so the pass side mirror aims down when I put it in reverse?

your cell phone has to have bluetooth capabilities. it "pairs" with the car's HFL
• How do I train the voice command portion of the car?
you don't have to train the voice command. it just knows
• Does the radio and climate control work with the voice control?
yes. radio and climate controls work with voice command. the only thing you can't do is lower and raise the volume with voice. that has to be done manually.
• How do I make it so the pass side mirror aims down when I put it in reverse?
just set the auto mirror setting to the side you want to aim down and it will turn down automatically in reverse. if you don't want either side to turn down, then put the setting in the middle.
Enjoy your new car

There are online versions of the owners manuals in the 3G Garage (if you have other questions).

Manual is in the 3G Garage, linked to: https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/...505MAINIXA.pdf

There is no training necessary for the voice commands, which control the radio and climate control on the Navi cars. Switch controls which mirror tilts down; center position = neither mirror tilts.

How do I pair my cell phone with the car because I was trying to do it when I was doing the final inspection with no luck.... My phone is the "LG Voyager (VX10000)" which has Blue tooth. What do I do to hook it up?

For some reason I can not get that PDF to work it is only a single page with links on it and when I click on them I get error messages.

hit the call button and say "phone setup"
then hit the button again and say "pair"

then follow directions from the HFL.

Hey Man....just hit the "info" Under the navi screen "Setup\info" button and choose the voice commands help...it tells you how to state your commands for everything. You bascially voice command everything on the car including your girlfriend as long as she is with in bluetooth range.
