What's up guys/girls. I'm from the CL board, however I have a friend who just purchased a NHB 06 TL 6speed. I'm trying to get her in the modding game, and maybe she'll post pics of her ride on here .

Anyways, I've been driving her car daily, and last night we came across a G35 Coupe...she's been pointing out cars she thinks she can pick on, and cars she thinks she has no chance against. I know on paper the G35's numbers look better with the new way the TL is rated in HP, but what have you guys experienced against cars like that stock/stock?

Well the G35 Coupe is 298 HP and RWD so better traction and Weight is about the Same, but The TL is 258 HP SAE so thats 40 Hp difference

The G is faster in the bottom end. The top end the TL might be.. The AT tranny in the G is not as good (yet it has not had the problems associated with oil jets and 2 g issues) as the TL's. Driver and reaction time can make a lot of difference. Everything is DBW now and if you could make somes sublte code changes it would make a lot of difference.
