Question regarding interior color

Take a look at these two pictures.

They both say they are black. Is the first one just faded? The color of the door handles don't look the same either.

that all looks normal to me...i dont see anything there that would lead me to believe that there is fading....

I think it is camera lighting. Both appear ebony (black) to me.
