Question about Warranty and TSB's
I recently purchased an 08 TLS (1 week ago) from a local Acura dealership. Car has 50,000 miles and I also purchased the Acura Plus warranty. I brought the car in tonight for a few problems I noticed, with the hopes of everything being fixed under warranty (seeing as the car was just purchased)
anyways I just found the 3g TSB list and most of all my complaints, there is a TSB for. Is acura obliged to fix everything under warranty because there are TSB's?

I would bring the car in and tell them your problems you're having. The tech will most likely already know about the TSBs and then see if they apply.
Too many people come in with print outs of TSBs and demand the fix in the TSB to be done.

The short answer is, 'No'.
For Acura to be obligated to honor a TSB there are at least 3 things that have to be in place.
1.) You're under warranty (not sure how this applies to exented/3rd party warranty);
2.) You have to exhibit the symptoms listed in the TSB, and;
3.) You have to be in the VIN range fo the TSB.
If any one of those is not true, Acura may choose to not apply the TSB. OR they can choose to extend 'good will' and apply the TSB even though you may not technically qualify.
Another thing to note: Unlike a recall, Acura is not obligated to inform you a TSB exists that may effect your car. The buyer/driver often has to bring up the problem. I assume this is so they are not applying TSB's to cars that don't exhibit symptoms the TSB was issued to fix.
