Is it the Summer performance tires or the all-season tires that are having the problems? Or is it both?

There have been reports on both sets of tires.

I have driven cars with boths sets and felt the vibration.

What should I look for when test driving a 04TL, to see if it's got the vibration problem? Can anyone describe the symptoms in detail?

What's the ideal thing to ask the dealer for? If they replace the tires, do they eat that cost or get Acura to? I ask because I wonder if this is a point that would affect my negotiated price.
