question about buying a TL on ebay
I thought about it when buying my most recent car, i definitely wouldnt drop $22,000 on a car i never drove / saw up close, but i was looking at a 2nd gen, best thing to do is be patient and look and drive and have a reliable mechanic check everything out on ones that you are sure you want, last thing you want to do is pay for a car that needs a ton of work or has some problem you obviously cant see online, after i realized that i just need to be patient, I would find the car i want / like, that is going to be in good shape, just have some patience and find one local that you can check out yourself. and good luck!
also all fees should be listed at the bottom or in the ad, if you decide that you are going to risk it and buy it

First it would depend on who was selling the car, and only if I had the car inspected by the local Acura dealership, or a car inspection company. As there are many TL's on the market, I would definitely rather purchase something local.
2. if the buy it now price is 22,000 are there any other fees? like TTL?[/QUOTE]
I would only pay the $22 grand at time of arrival at the location and after a personal inspection, but that money would be the price of the car only, and any tax, tags, title fees would be additional.
If you don't go personally, then you would need to pay a shipping company to deliver the vehicle.
Have frriends that have purchased a Porsche and BMW off ebay, and no problems, although they were low mileage and in excellent condition as the inspection report indicated.

i would buy it, give a deposit, usually 500 is good, let the seller know when you come to pick it up if your not happy its a no sale....if its a dealership, it wont be a problem, and if its a personal sale, it still shouldnt be a problem...
