Question about 9005 DRL

hey guys,

i was wondering if we could use a 9005 HID kit for our 9005 DRL bulbs?
anyone done this? will it melt the harness? will we still be able to use high beams?

Thanks

The hibeams are bixenon. You can use HID DRL you need a decoder kit. Grab one at iJDMTOY or JLCLIGHTING. Problem is though the light will be scattered since the DRL housing is not a projector. And no if you get the 35W kit, it will not fry/melt harness.

And sorry about my late PM but I no longer needed the DRL LED.
