damn!! that video crazy. its always the passengers that die! Kill the driver!!!! i've stopped texting when im driving but i've caught myself from time to time still at it. its bad enought here in NYC with all the regular retards on the road. The other day we saw a car in between lanes and my passenger looked over to see someone texting away so i just got behind them and honked them up for a like minute! lol

They recently passed a law here making it illegal to talk on a cell unless using a hands free device and no texting at all. You can't even have the phone in your hand while driving.

I live in a small town so traffic isn't a huge issue but I have had a few close calls with cell & text people and I don't drive a lot .

Well here in NYC you cant have any electronic devices in your hand at all. You'd be amazed how many idiots are texting, or playing with the ipod. When I get in the car the bluetooth is on all the time and if I got people in the car that I don't want them hearing my convo I just call them back later. What they really need to do is crack down on women putting makeup on while driving cause that's just as bad. And they should ticket all those idiots who put thier gps's right in the middle of the windshield and still can't see where the hell they're going.
