Proud New TL-S Owner
Hey guys. I've browsing on here for the last 2 weeks or so, and finally picked up my new(to me) 07 TL-S. It looks and drives like brand new and only has about 24k on the clock. I look forward to using all the information on this forum and hopefully being able to contribute before too long! Here's some pics...

Thanks yall. I probably won't be able to do any mods until next year as the fiancee and I are saving up to pay for a wedding in June. Hopefully after that, I'll be putting on new wheels with a drop.

Very nice. If you do not mind me asking...what did you pay for it? You can PM me if you like. The only reason I want to know is that I need to decide by tomorrow which of two different '07 TL Type-S I will most likely buy, and want to make sure the numbers we are dealing with are fair. If you would not mind letting me know, I would appreciate it. Thank you, and enjoy!

Thanks for all the welcomes. I'm pretty excited about it! My old car was an 07 Passat sport 6MT, which was pretty nice for a while until it started crapping out. The TL's have always made my head turn, especially the S. I got a killer deal on the car, and hope to keep it for a good while. Only bad part is I'm stuck here at work for the night now and have to look at it sitting in the parking lot instead of driving it. ...gotta pay for it somehow!

If you are just trying to get an idea of going rates right now, I got my 07 navi (non S) a couple weeks ago. 24.5 on the clock, and 24 grand flat was the final price we agreed on. I had to drive a couple hundred miles to pick it up, but was worth it.

Since it looks like I have to wait 15 days for my PM's to work, I'll go ahead and throw it out there. Settled on 27k flat with a private seller....as stated above, a little over 24k on the clock.

Yup. I paid 30K flat for an 08 CBP TL-S with 15K miles on the clock. And it's CPO too. The dealer had it stickered at 34K, but luckily they were willing to negotiate back in May. Somehow I don't think they would if I bought the car today.

Flat is the same as out the door right or drive out right? I'm still struggling between a 3G or 4G, I rather do a 3G type S and have money for wheels and bolt on's...can't make up my mind.

Yeah it was $27,000 from the private seller. I did have to pay a few hundred in property taxes and registration at the dmv, but I didn't include that since it didn't have to do with the seller. Honestly, I looked at the 4G as well, and the body styling on the 3G is hands down better than the 4G. I know I'm a new owner, but I will say this is the best car purchase I have ever made and plan on keeping it for a long time. I would say that if you can find a nice low mile S, to go for it! As far as pics, I'm stuck at work right now(again lol)...I'll get some more uploaded tomorrow afternoon.
