Prospective buyer

I'm in the process of getting a new TL, so I have some questions:

Anyone (Jimmie?) have current lease terms (48 mo./15,000miles)?

Are the summer tires affected by the flat-spotting?

Are the vibrations occuring on 6 spds?

And are dealers fixing the seat-memory problem before customers are taking delivery?

Thanks.

If you take the new delivery for your new 04TL, the Seat-Memory issue should be fixed already.

I believe flat-spotting is related to the Turanza EL-42 tires (5A). Any vibrations should be sorted by now.

My VIN is 24,XXX and I have the flat spotting issue. It isn't as bad as others have described, but I do have it.

Yeah I would like to know the lease rates also, my car is coming in and the dealer is giving me 48 15,000 for 537 including tax with no money down. To me that seems high, one dealer last week told me 470 with tax but now he says with the rate change for march its 510. I hope someone can come up with some better numbers.

In don't think HPTs had the flatspotting problem. My car has standard EL42s with no flatspotting issues. They don't grab very well, but at least they don't vibrate.

Not mine.

I think that problem may have been solved at the production level. My car (VIN24xxx) hasn't had any memory loss issues either.

Good to hear that the 6 spds seem to be having fewer problems. Can anyone answer my question about leasing terms? I'm getting close (I hope).
