problems with HID fogs

Hey guys
I recently replaced my lowbeams with new D2S 6000K bulbs. I also installed a kaixen fog kit to replace my fog lights. Everything was installed fine, but they won't function when I turn then on. I believe its the fuse that I have to replace, and the manual on the back of the cover is pretty confusing. Could any of you who have done this before let me know which fuse I need to replace? Pictures would be nice, but not necessary. Thanks a lot guys!

Same here........I have the 2500k HID fog light kit and I didn't have to upgrade the fuse amperage.

Yes you can check your fuse but the fuse should be fine. If the kit is not coming on at all and you installed it correctly you probably plugged on the connectors in upside down on the ballast. The clip that is blue can be plugged in either way but it only goes one way if you really look at it. Try flipping it upside down.

This might be a little off topic, but...I was thinking of upgrading the fogs to HID. I found a 3000k (golden yellow,www.xtralights.com) kit but I didn't know if that would take away from the headlights, or should I put in a factory temp(4300k ish) kit. I still have the factory kit in the headlights. Do you guys think the yellow would look dumb or nice? There's a local guy has an EVO with a 10000k kit for his fogs and it looks dumb with blue mains and purple fogs I think. Thanks.
Oh, would you also recommend having it installed, or do it myself. I'm not the best at electrical, better at intakes, exhaust, brakes, etc. thnks

install yourself, and i don't think it would look bad. i have 6000K matched fogs and D2S's and it looks great. i have been thinking of switching to 3000K though.
