Places in California that can black out my lights

I wanted to know where in Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Glendale, Los Angeles can I take my car to get my headlights blackened? Also, how much would it cost and how long would it take?

Hey Brains I asked that same question a few weeks ago and I was told of Rego Sports in Glendale. I called them up and they quoted me $250 and it would take between 2-4 hours.

The type-s headlights are already semi blacked out. I would save some money and get the overlays for the turn signal area from bluebatmobile.

i have seen his car with the overlays and didn't like it as much as ppl with the blackened out headlights. I'm just asking b/c i got a quote from this one place for a little over $200. I think thats a bit to high for the work they have to put into it. So thats the reason why i was asking if anyone knew a few places and what they charged. Otherwise i would have done the overlays bluebatmobile was offering.
