Picked up my 05 on New Years Eve!!!

Picked up my 05 Navi Anthracite/Quartz (w/ 18" A-spec wheels & lip spoiler) on New Years Eve! Just wanted to say thanks to this great forum.

Other than what seems to be a very minor "click" in the dash over very bumpy roads the ride is whisper quite. The funny thing is, had it not been for this forum I'm sure I would have never even noticed it. In order to hear it I have to be driving:
(A) on a bumpy road
(B) no radio (or very low)
(C) minimum or no conversation
(E) windows up
(F) concentrating on listening for it.

This is NOT typical driving style for me so I'll mentioned it to the dealer in just in case it ever gets worse. Wouldn't call it a rattle at all, but I think I may have actually read a little too much before buying the car (looking too hard for problems?). I'm not sure what they could do anyway, maybe time to read others resolutions.

Otherwise so far it drives (and looks) like a dream. I can't wait to get it out of the break-in period.

Walked in with a check from my bank for 3.9% (which I promptly voided) and walked out with the 2.9% special!

Now to figure out why I can't post pics...

Happy New Year!!!

Congrats on the new TL. That's a nice way to start the New Year. I did the same thing... reading the threads before I bought. Fortunately, I have not have any "major" problems, and post-break-in the TL is even better. Best wishes for safe and happy TL driving.

Look forward to seeing the pix!

Yes, got it at Tonkin: $34,500 including delivery charge & protection package (trunk tray/mud guards/wheel locks). Added the 18" A-spec wheels and lip spolier after the price of the car was set (took me awhile waiting for delivery to decide if I wanted them).
