Yes, the NYC weather is getting better right now.

Not to burst your bubble, but I opted out of A-SPEC due to the overall condition of the roads here, and I'm glad I did. I recently encountered an A-SPEC owner at my detailing shop in Astoria. It was a girl who bought the car from her brother, an '04 NBP/ebony 6MT/Nav with the grill painted black, a sharp looking car. She bitched and moaned how frequently it bottoms out, and how she already had to trash the 18" wheels and tires for the standard 17"ers.

If there was a way to get A-SPEC performance out of the suspension WITHOUT lowering the car, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Good Luck ...............

Hmm that's really wierd. I drive in the city all the time and staten island roads arent exactly great either. I honestly think the girl taht you spoke to was talkin about the plastic air damn that under the carand if you look at the side view of the car you will see a plastic piece under the bumper. I hit that a few times but NEVER the A-Spec bumper. I remember the day i had the front lip installed and bottomed out and my friend said it wasn't the bumper and it was the plastic air damn piece under the car. I could be wrong, but I always drive around the new york area and not a single scratch on my front lip. Maybe she was dropped?

Yeah it has to be the plastic air dam. My driveway is way more aggresive than any road and it is the only place I rub and the only thing an the car that rubs.
