I am trying to find out information about this part, Acura just replaced it on my TL, and they told me it was the left rear strut that went bad, but in the description of the part it says right rear struct, I am trying to find this part online but haven't found any website that has it.

It may be a typo. 52610-SEP-A04 is the correct part number for the rear damper, and there is no left or right. It uses the same one for both sides.
52610-SEP-A05 does not show up in any search. 52610-SEP-A06 is the part number for the 2006 rear damper.
