Parasitic battery drain

Folks, my battery died and I’m not sure why.

i left my car for about 48 hrs outside. About -5 deg C, so not overly cold. went for a trip, and I tried to start her up now. Dead battery. I noticed the fan didn’t turn on, or make regular beeps.

in the 12v in front of the shit knob:
- have a Bluetooth FM transmitter plugged in.
FM transmitter also Has a slot for a USB so I have a wire to charge my phone.

in the 12v in my cubby:
-I used to have my backup cam plugged in there.
-3 days back, I put a electronic valve, so needed more plug ins.
I bought this 3 plug adaptor I bought this 3 plug adaptor
-so I have the valve plug and my backup cam plug in the adaptor thus far.

When I leave my car in the night, I keep:
-heated seats on
-lights on (sometimes)
-fan on (set to higher temp).

when I leave the car, u don’t see anything on. Lights shut off when I open and close door, FM transmitter light is off, and I just checked today and the 3 port adaptor as well as the connected plugs all have lights off, so nothing is on (knowingly).

interior lights are off, trunk light off, and puddle lights off too. Just the security and alarm lights blink as normal.

thoughts? First time I had this issue, and any culprit COULD be the 3 plug adaptor and/or the valve 12v plug.

While it could be something you have added, it more than likely it is your OEM Hands Free Link module. It is a very well documented issue for the 3G TL. Search HFL or Bluetooth. Basically the module doesn't shut down and drains your battery. If you live in a colder climate (sounds like you do) you can see (no frost) and feel the warmth of the module at the upper portion of the middle of your windshield.
Module is above your rearview mirror and can be disconnected and/or replaced.

Step 1) Unplug everything aftermarket that you've plugged in, to eliminate those possibilities.
Step 2) Unplug your Bluetooth/HFL module above your Map lights, mentioned above.

Step 3) (if battery drain persists) Buy a digital multimeter and perform a parasitic battery draw test, fuse by fuse.
If you're performing this test, I'm putting money on your #7 fuse in the interior kick-panel fuse-box, which is also a known problem because it powers a LOT of circuits in the car. In my case, it was the XM module in the trunk pulling a .430milliamp draw constantly, which would kill my battery after not driving for 2-3 days in a row. Unplugged the XM module (which sucks, cuz I really enjoy XM radio), the draw dropped down to .035ma, and no more battery drain

Thanks for this.
I have a voltmeter that i might use soon, but its cold outside!
I cant remember if I unplugged the HFL BT module when I replaced the rearview mirror with ones that had my backup cam. Any easy way to figure it out (press the talk button perhaps and see if anything happens?
I dont have XM button as an option only (Disc, Tape, AM, FM).

Likely it is one of those AM things I put in the car that I will test out.
