I don't understand why they can't resolve the rattle issues.. take your car to a better / recommended and experienced Acura service shop. These are easy fixes.. let them know that you've had it and you wont take possession back until they fix all the rattles to your satisfaction.

It also seems like you are afraid to do some of this work yourself.. I suggest that instead of drawing away from the car that you get your hands dirty.. it'll pay off in the long run and I bet that you will eventually start to enjoy owning the TL.
