It's kind of a minor thing, but I've noticed it in other cars while test driving them and I really liked it.
A compass display in the rear-view mirror.

Does anyone know if you can buy an after-market mirror with that option? Preferably one that keeps the functionality of the existing mirror.

Mine came with a compass display right in the windows....

It's called the sun. Hehe.

Just kidding, even with the Navi, the little compass is pretty small on the screen.

All well and good. But navigating by sun at noontime, or during the night, or cloudy weather - that can be a challenge. :toothless

The Accord comes with a compass, guess they figure people who buy the TL without Navi have a compass built in to our brain.

I find it anoying on the rearview mirror....I have to see it all the time, but not because I need it......it sucks.

I do agree, they should have incorporated one on the AC display on top.

Do you mean the Accord with Nav has a compass or is it when you buy the dealer installed auto-dimming rearview mirror?

My car does not have the Navigation system. I would just like a simple little compass display somewhere.

True, but on the other hand navigating by compass, in a car, on roads, is probably not too wise 99% of the time either.
