Also, my blank works with my car (unlock, lock, trunk, alarm)... if I get it cut, will it work on my car? Do I need to put in the immobilizer chip from my old key fob?

I would say Karen Radley but Ibet they charge an arm and a leg for cutting I think last time i went asked about it they were charging like 100 for cutting and programing. Hope this helps if you can find anything cheaper let me know so I wont get shafted for this as well.

I will post the address where to send the keys. You send me the keys, I take them in, get them milled and test them., Then I send it back to you.

The switchblade will work with your car (unlock/lock) once you program it to your car, you can do this yourself. As for the immoblizer, you key will be able to unlock your door and glovebox, but won't start your car until it gets programed by the dealer or a locksmith.

all those getting just one, should seriously consider getting 2, these smaller keys are easier to lose, and you will be crying if you can no longer find one after this group buy.

I had my original milled switchblade for about 2 years, and the buttons began to show a lot of wear. I would consider a 2nd as a replacement for when that happens as well.
