OEM 18" wheel and tire price offered by dealer
Hi,
My dealer, Columbia Acura near Cincinnati, is offering the 18 inch wheels and tires for $2426 plus tax. I assume it is the OEM A-Spec wheels with the Yokohama ES100 tires. To me that sounds high. What is a typical price and where could I find something better? Looks like from the A-Spec cost thread that they are about $1700 invoice but I don't know if anyone is actually selling them for anywhere near that.
I have a build date of 27 Apr - 1 May and I checked into getting my order changed to HPT last week, but it wasn't enough lead time. So my options are (cheapest to most expensive) suck it up and drive the EL42s, swap them out with something better and hopefully get some credit for them, or get the 18s with summer tires and put snow tires on the 17s. Where can I go to swap my EL42s, or who will accept them for credit toward a better A/S tire?

Yep, that's really high. Best price I have seen for 18" Acura wheels was $950 from Norm Reeves Acura. Their current price is about $1000 and they ship for about $85, maybe less. You could add your own tires that way - whatever you like. The stock 17's could be used for winter tires if you wanted to.
