I've seen threads asking where this is being done in Toronto, NY, PA, etc. Where are Bay Area (CA) owners getting theirs done?

Los Gatos Acura offered to program the key for $90, but refused to cut it. Reed Brothers Security in Oakland can do both, but they're further away and are unflexible with appointments. I've also heard good things about "Schwenk Lock & Safe" in Santa Clara, but the shop always seems to be closed.

Are there other dealers/locksmiths in the South Bay that can do this? My pre-milled '07 blank has been sitting here useless for over 2 months now.

Any suggestions (along with the price you paid) would be appreciated

What's a guy gotta do to get his switchblade key cut/programmed?

if you are willing to drive to stockton, on specific days my friend can do this for you FREE of charge at acura of stockton. he hooked me up and everything worked perfect.

Thanks for the offer! I was finally able to this done at a nearby locksmith and dealer after countless phone calls and trips to various dealers

For those in the South Bay still looking to do this, A-A Lock & Alarm (in Menlo Park) and Mark @ Stevens Creek Acura should be able to do the cutting and programming (respectively) for next to nothing.

Both were actually done free of charge for me, but only because they realized they couldn't do the other half of the work (pays off being the guinea pig sometimes)
