I am seriously struggling with the age-old question: Do I buy a new ‘06 TL with or without Navi?

Based on my review of the forum postings, I have concluded that Navi is a good navigation system, but not a great multi-media system as it lacks native iPod/mp3, DVD video, and backup camera support. [I know the latter is coming in ’07.]

The additional expense is a concern of mine, however, of equal concern is buying an expensive car and regretting not getting the Navi despite the above-mentioned limitations.

I just want to hear from the non-Navi TL owners: Do you have any regrets for not buying the Navi?

I do because I look at all the image hacks, ipod integration, AUX inputs, DVD player, back up camera......etc That I could of had if I hot gotten a NAVI........

Either way I'm happy with my TL....

Well....like my pop told me when I was checking out the car..."There's only two reasons you get navigation, 1. You don't know where you're going, 2. You don't know how to read a map...besides the screen for the navi is so big I wouldn't have been able to use the custom SONY PSP mount i made without scratching it up...

There are many threads on Navi or Non Navi. Everybody has their reasons for doing what they do.

If you would like more opinions just do a quick search on the subject. You will get many hits... Thanks for joining...
