hey...be nice to the smokers here! LOL...thats another reason why i got ebony interior. There are companies in vegas that actually do very good leather repair, so good u cant even tell. Try in your local area for an upholstery shop specializing in leather or leather repair.

and no flames to the smokers either :tflamer:

re-upholster the seat. you will be amazed on what an experience person can do. hardest part is finding the matching leather. but once you get that they can re-do the seat and no one will be able to tell.

Agreed, a good upholstery shop can do wonders. Ask around local body shops and mechanics for referals. See if one name keeps coming up. If so, then check them out. Matching the leather might be alittle tricky.

One more thing, I will assume that your smoker friend is going to pay for the repair, right?

First of all, no smoking in the car. Second, my friend would be paying for the refinishing of the seat. Third, I agree w/ Vegas, there are plenty of shops out there that will be able to repair/fix the seat like almost new....I would call around first and see if that gets you anywhere.

Depending on the size and intensity of the burn, a good repair shop may or may not be able to make the repair invisible. If it were me, given a new car, I'd order new seat leather from Acura and present the smoker with the bill.

Was it a cig or a J? You've got to roll those things tighter!

C'mon, you can come clean. No cops on here, 'cept cypwood.
