Newbie with a new ride...
Well, I made the leap and made a purchase from an 07 Civic Si Sedan, to an 08 TL-S. Let me tell you what. I should have purchased one of these before even thinking of the Civic. Now don't get me wrong, I loved that Sedan, but it is not even close to what the TL-S is. I am absolutely amazed by this Acura. It is going to take some getting used to, with all of the gadgetry, but it will be fun. Anyway, I am aboard, and am sure that I will need advise from you all on future upgrades. Glad to be here.

Congratulations on the new ride. You will love it more everyday haha. And browsing this site will make you go broke buying things for it. However I can only imagine the difference coming from a civic to a TL. And welcome.

I understand what you all mean by an "Addiction". I have already started looking for the bolt on parts in search of that extra power. Thus far, I have looked primarily at a CAI, P2R TB spacer, and a ATLP catback w/some other exhaust products. I foresee my funds greatly depreciating while I own this car. So much to do......

It's funny that you just went from an 07 Civic Si to an 08 TL-S cause I think someone on these forums just traded their TL (can't remember if it was an 04-06 or 07-08 Type S) but anyway they traded their TL for a Civic Si. Cause of gas prices My point is you don't go from a TL to a Civic Si....it should be the other way around just like you did - You go from a Civic Si to a TL I know you will love your TL-S more and more everyday!!!!
By the way - I love the Civic Si and I think if I were in the market for a 4 cylinder and it absolutely had to be a 4 cylinder I would get the Civic Si.
