New TL-s commercial
Just wanted to share my experience this summer. I was staying in beverly hills at my aunt's house and i was walking down the street one day. i noticed a bunch of huge trucks and a few police cars blocking the road. i come to find out they are filming the new tl-s commercial. Well i got permission to stand right in the action and watch. The general idea is that this guy is sitting in his office all excited about his new car. Well he sends an email to his friend in another offfice about how fast his new car is. well he runs to the garage and peels out. He drives full speed and essential as he is driving the powerlines are lighting up (representing his email) well he gets to his friends office right as the email arrives.
it was quite fun to watch as the whole road was blocked off and the tl-s (6 spd) drives from a stop full speed down the road and burns rubber around te corner. i have some pics if anyone wants to see them. thanks for letting me share my story

haha don;t worry i'll get them up, i have video of it on my phone and a couple snap shots so as soon as i can transfer them to my computer i'll get them up

sorry didn;t know much about photo hosting and had to get it off my phone.

i know pretty bland photos, i had to get my others from a scanner since i only had a film camera.
also i only have macs, isn't there any way to host videos on macs?

got it up on youtube, posting the link shorty, its not the actual commercial as it is not even finished, its just a clip of the car accerlerating down a street and turning to where the film crew is, but you will see this clip in the commercial when it comes out

I've seen the commercial playing here the last week or so in Mpls market.
a little different.
they show a guy using hte NAV and real time traffic cruising through traffic of a city, then he is walking into the office past the secretary as a text message pops up on her screen from him saying I'm running late I'm on my way or somethign like that. same concept, he beat teh message there. but thanks to real time traffic and Nav.
