New TL with a dent (from the dealer)
I just bought my much desired 06 TL (Black perl w/ parchment & Nav) last night.
While doing the walk through before taking possession of the car we noticed a couple items (scratches) that the dealer will fix (gave me a We OWE note to get the work done)... This morning when I was looking over the car I noticed a dent in the top of the car next to the sun roof. It almost looks like the when the factory put the sun roof in they tightened something to tight and indented the roof a little bit...
Do you think the dealer will fix it?
Thanks,
Steve - Atlanta

Yes, it was Nalley. But I have to say that my experience was VERY good (my best experience before was BMW before)...
I just got back from the dealer and they promised they would take care of it when I bring it back next week (I had to pick up my BMW that I left there overnight)...
I hope they continue to provide the service they promised.... As I stated, so far so good....
Thanks,
Steve

j/k, I went to them when I was searching for the TL, they seemed pretty nice to me, but I've heard ALOT of people on here saying to avoid Nalley at all costs. I ended up getting a good deal at Voyles so I decided go with them instead.
Good Luck though.

If Nalley falls through for ya then you can always use Pye Acura of Chattanooga ......... yeah, it's a stretch but they're a GREAT dealer and the drive would be that much more enjoyable with a Tl
Voyles didn't want to deal with me but, they did impress me as being a "stand-up" dealership.

IMHO, I would have a REAL problem with there being any defects in a car that I am about to drive off the lot. I let myself do that once before when purchasing a new car and never got over the feeling that my car had been repaired before having the keys in hand. If you're okay with it then

Just make sure they follow through with what they say. I hope what they had told you was in writing rather than by word of mouth. And once you get your car fixed there, get it serviced at Ed Voyles like everyone else here.
I bought mine through our site sponsor in NJ and have mine serviced at EV every time it needs it since their services are superb.

ya guys are killing me, I purchased my TL at Nalley and the sales side of my transaction was very smooth and professional, however, I have not had to go back for any service as of yet, but it is coming soon and I see these post, I cannot drive up to Chatanooga for service, has anybody been happy with any dealer local when it comes to service on their car?

I've used Ed Voyles since Nalley screwed several things up in my TL, and tried screwing me over. I strongly caution Acurazine members to AVOID NALLEY ACURA at ALL costs. I didn't purchase my car from them, so I can't comment on the sales. But the service department is full of sneaky, conniving morons. I've never, ever had any experience as bad as them. If they were open on customer service alone, they'd close down tomorrow.

Ed Voyles sales department is good as well. There is a couple of guys there I didn't particularily enjoy, but for the most part, their sales department is very coutreous and professional....unlike Acura Carland. I go out of my way to get my car serviced at Voyles. Carland is only 5 miles from my house, but I still choose to go to Voyles instead which is 15 miles away.
