So I went to wal-mart and they got these new blades in stock! Rain-X fusion OEM style! THEY ARE AWESOME. I recommend it to anyone with a TL. Get these if you can find them. They just came out this week and ran out fast. Perfect fit, no triangle, overlaps OEM style and no passenger side 2 inch gap like others. So it has a Beam style, fused with classic bracket style, so you get the fitting of the classic blades with the wiping of the newer beam blades.

Check out Anco wiper blades ( forget what their version of that wiper blade is called) but they have a promotion for buy one get one free after mail in rebate. Got mine from pep boys. Pretty sure rock auto has that same promo. BTW they are GREAT! Definately will buy this style wiper blade from now on.

I don't know... I had the older Rain-X blades a long time ago, and they started chattering after a week... I ran Bosch Icons for a while cuz I was too lazy to drive across town to replace the PIAAs I had, and thought the icons were a POS. They started streaking very badly after 1-2 weeks... Exchanged them for new ones, and they did the same thing... And I even got the replacement icons from a different store across town, so they weren't the same batch. And they did this on both cars that I ran Icons on...

I run nothing but PIAA Super-Silicones now on all my cars... They seem to last me about 2-3 + years before they need to be replaced. The ones on my Jeep are pushing 5 years, and are still going strong and streak free. (Whenever I wash my cars, I also clean the blades, and rub Meguiars NXT Vinyl/rubber cleaner/conditioner on them, so perhaps that helps)

trust me.. they have done it this time! these are PERFECT! but stick to the PIAA super-silicones, no competition with these..

idk. they were in stock at Wal-mart.. I was like ohhh.. cool lemme try these. And they are worth it! Blows Latitudes, Icons, Anco any other basic beam blades out of the water.. perfect fitting, no 2in. gap on passenger side, and NO TRIANGLE THING!

Try wiping your blades down with rubbing alcohol.

I don't get it. I buy OEM inserts for $3 each and they last me 3 years every time. Why would anybody buy anything else?

Where do you buy OEM inserts??

What's so special about these blades over a new $3 factory blade? Serious question..not being a dick. Also, we need a 19" (drivers side) & 16"?? Seems like there were a bunch of #'s thrown out there shortly lol

Why are these better than the Rain-X Latitudes? Aren't these classic style where the pressure points are at like 8 spots? The Latitudes has like 100 points of pressure to ensure they stay on the glass. What am I missing?

Same i've been running rain-x latitudes and they tend to leave a 2 inch area on the passenger side untouched. I hope I can find these.

I pay $5-$6 each, and they only last two years.

Any Acura or Honda dealership should carry them (although I once had to go to the nearby Honda dealership twice because it ran out of the driver's side inserts).

FWIW, major auto parts stores should also carry inserts that fit the OEM blades, but which do not use the metal reinforcement ribs on the OEM inserts. Those aftermarket inserts are also placed behind the parts counter, not with the [more expensive] wiper blade display. They are cheaper than the OEM inserts, but I think the OEM inserts last longer here in SoCal.

PIAA's get my vote.
Provides a good consistency in wiping area.

I dislike most OEM wiper blades and am ordering a second set for my Type-S

Well then I might just go OEM. I'm cheap lol. I need to figure out why my wiper fluid doesn't come out first!! Ugh.

Right now I just buy the wiper inserts from my Honda dealer too lol
They last me like a year, maybe not even.

I HARDLY ever use my wipers, which is weird that they would wear out so quick.
Maybe they're just dirty and I have to give them a good wipe from dust and debris
