Im back !! Just bought an '06 TL 6MT w/ 70k.
Since May of this year I been through a '99 Civic Si, '02 S2000, '04 Pathfinder, '04 Accord Sedan, and now have the TL. I owned a '02 TL before the Si, but didn't really like that year model.
I have always wanted one and plan on keeping this one.
Plans:
-Tint Windows
-OEM Window Visors
-H&R Sport Springs
-OEM F/R Lip (maybe)

I was not crazy about the body style. I bought it and then did research and found out about all the tranny problems. I didn't want the headache. I traded it for a Civic Si.

AM FTW! though i haven't seen my stockies in a long time.
nah that pic isn't mine...but the car looks familiar...way back when...so that's what it looks like stock. AND without a roof rack. not too shabby.

Yes, I plan to keep this one.
NP and Thank You, Steven.
Anyone have a pic of H&R Sport Springs with 17" OEM Wheels & 235/45 Tires. I want to see the gap with OEM spec wheels/tires.

Went to the Acura dealership today and had the idler pulleys replaced. They were making some noise. It is nice and quiet now.
PS: The parts guy was trying to tell me that my car was a Type S (and someone took my wheels and taillights) because it was a 6MT and had Brembo brakes. He said they didnt make a base 6MT according to his computer.

meh...window visors (i guess if you really like them). by OEM lip i'm assuming you are referring to the aspec lip? most will say the CAI is an overpriced noise maker with no real power gains....so....up to you. i have one...its a nice noise maker when i actually WOT. i'd say get a RSB instead of the visors, but its your car.

Yes, A-Spec. Front only. I don't really like how the rear lip looks on the side. Visors and the CAI will be last. My buddy (go-autoworks.com) will make me a custom one.
RSB? Rear Sway Bar?

Upgrade to the 20mm TL-S? I ran the CTR 22mm on my Civic Si along with the 26mm front. I was going for a track car though. Full Tein coilovers, LCAs, JDM ITR engine swap. I do miss that car.
My goal with the TL is a DD that has comfort, style, and is fun !

6MT already has a 20mm RSB...the upgrade would be 22 mm H&R (comptech has been discontinued) OR progress RSB 24mm adjustable (group buy is currently going on).
the progress bar...WOW! added to my aspec suspension set up... still comfy enough for DD. it will ride firmer than stock, but it just depends on what you're used to to. the fun factor goes up quite a bit. i know it did for me.
clean civic you had there...sleeper look...nice.

First priority would be tint, springs, and spacers.

On the H&R Race Springs, if I'm not mistaken, they are lower than the Sports Springs, so just know that going in.
