New here, trying to get a few quick answers

Been here a few days after i bought my 04 Tl about 3 weeks ago. The mod bug is starting to hit and i have a few questions about some stuff before i do any of it. I have already gone thru the LED thread and purchased the correct LED's last week and got them saturday so im going to install them today with some luck. Bought a K&N filter saturday also.

Now, i am wanting to do an 07-08 conversion but i have seen a few different stories about setting up fog lights. Is there no way to use 07-08 lights or is it the best bet to use the accord lights and make them work. Ive got the mirror issued figured out after i saw on here its not hard to tap into the turn signal in the fuze box so i think im good on that,

Located in Greensboro and im going to try to head to the Charlotte meet this sunday coming up.

Thanks
Daniel

I would say it's more of a matter of preference whether to use the actual 07-08 figs or get the accords. I think the accords would be easier to wire up. But you do know you need the 07-08 headlights to use the the 07-08 bumper right? And since you're going that route you might as well go with the type s front. Just my opinion.

i think its also cheaper to go the accord fog method rather than the 07 08 tl fogs. both look good imo but if u want the authentic look go with the tl fogs, if u want to save some money while still having a good look go accord

I probally will leave my current headlights in and just tint them so I shouldn't have to replace the bumper. I've got my eye set on an a-spec kit to go with the stock bumpers.

I agree but like how it matches the blue accent lights already on at night

Could you post day light pictures of where you mounted the lights? Im considering doing this to my '04, but I want the interior to look clean and like it was meant that way. I really like the look of the blue as well.

Thanks.

Dan.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to respond to your PM last week. I sent you an e-mail and I hope you got it.

Feel free to PM me again if necessary, but make sure you clear out any unnecessary messages in your inbox so I can reply. Here's a link to the Charlotte meet thread if you haven't already seen it:

https://acurazine.com/forums/southeast-318/official-11-6-10-charlotte-nc-cars-coffee-acurazine-meet-thread-792945/

Feel free to check my Progress Thread linked in my signature below for pictures of the LED boards I have. I can't remember what page they are on, but they are in there somewhere! I think you should do white LEDs in the dome lights (in the headliner) and since you like the blue LEDs, do those in the front doors.
