I was looking into buying the a spec kit for my 04 but was wounding if the bumper kit is just the lip or is it the whole bumper cover? I recently jack up my bumper (top near trunk) and looking if this a way to replace it.

It's just a lip kit. so for you, you'd need a whole new rear bumper if the damage is that bad. A spec rear lip only goes a little higher than the exhaust tips.
