I think the blue sort of looks purplish and it is not as bright blue as 2003 Blue TL's..
Basically what I am saying is, It isn't what I expected.. Too Dark for my tastes, but in real life it might look better

Last weekend, some NSXers displayed their vehicles at the Acura Palos Verdes Concours event in Southern California. Most of the cars there were of the vintage variety. However, being that it was an Acura sponsored event, they had a 04 TL on display, which someone from NSXPrime took pics of.
BTW what color is that, it looks purple to me...

I think it's....
.......that SAGEBRUSH PEARLE that was introduced for the '03 MDX. It's like a grayish-green.
Really a beautiful color! I was going to get my MDX in this color, but the 2-tone quartz and black interior it came with looked really awful!

The blue in real life is amazing..it is a little dark, but when you get up close it has a metallic shine which is really rich...it's more royal than navy!

I was supposed to go this past friday because my contact at Acura had someone who wasn't sure if he was going to go, I was going to take his spot, but he decided to go last second, so I didn't go.. O well.. I heard a lot of good things from him though!

I also like the Gen2 radio better. I don't want all that stuff up in the NAV screen. I want the radio to be the radio and the navi to be the navi. That was one thing I really like about my 02.

radio controls
Doopstr, I'm not sure I understand your radio controls comment??? One of the improvements for the 04 TL is that the climate, radio and nav system controls are separate unlike the previous TLs where some climate and radio functions are integrated in with the nav. Please explain.

JeffS, you are sort of correct. I think the problem is the radio display, for the most part is in the display above the Navi and the rest in the navi. Just like the 03 Accord.
